I started ReadyPeople with a one-line business plan: To make people better. I wanted to create a company that draws on like-minded people to go into organisations or to work with individuals to make them better – better at their jobs, at their relationships, better as leaders, and better with their customers. Ultimately to be better at getting results! 

​I've had the privilege of working with fantastic companies and people, and am passionate about seeing change in the context of your company and in the individuals I get to work with.

My Story

I'm a trainer, coach and business mindset consultant.

The main focus of my work is helping people become more effective – through the use of Transactional Analysis (TA) as an operating system for human interactions, which has been used powerfully in our training sessions to show people can achieve positive behaviour change within organisations and with customers alike. 

 

I teach people to consciously respond, rather than to react, to the situations they face, whether it be with customers or internal stakeholders.

 

I use emotional intelligence to manage a situation to be more effective and have the best possible outcome for both parties. 

 

I entertain. Training should be fun and informative, not hours of your life you'll never get back.

 

As a Training Specialist and Coach, my focus is on training and coaching people to be more effective and engaged in the workplace and in their client and stakeholder relationships. 

 

Back in my corporate days, I worked as the Head of People and Development for Old Mutual iWyze and was a member of the executive committee. I have trained and coached in companies such as Henkel, Tyme Bank, FNB, Multichoice, Nedbank, Sun International, Old Mutual Insure, iWyze, African Pride and Uber, and understand the dynamics of different corporations, industries and outputs.

 

My passion is growing individuals and teams of various levels to understand themselves and their environment better. During the span of my career, I have been fortunate to have had exposure to many business disciplines. Working across human resources, coaching, training, general management, media, sales, communications and employee engagement marketing has given me a deep understanding of an organisation and its complexities.

 

I focus on making people better – better in business, in their careers, in front of their clients, and with their colleagues.
