Most people who take an Enneagram test get a number and a few paragraphs about it. That's a label. An iEQ9 assessment with a proper debrief gives you something more useful: an accurate read on what drives you, how you react under pressure, and where your blind spots are costing you, in how you lead, how you work with others and how you show up with clients.
You complete the Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire (iEQ9) online, in your own time. It goes well beyond naming your core type, giving you a detailed report on your default patterns, what motivates you, how you respond under stress and where your growth edges are.
Clive walks you through your report, by video wherever you are, or in person in Cape Town or Johannesburg. This is where the report stops being a document and becomes useful: we test it against your real life, check it fits, and name what you want to do differently.
If you want support turning the insight into changed behaviour, the debrief can lead into emotional intelligence coaching: four one-on-one sessions built on your iEQ9 results. For whole teams, individual profiles are the first step of an Enneagram team day.
A report on its own tends to get read once and filed. The Enneagram describes motivation, not behaviour, so two people can look identical from the outside and be driven by completely different things. A trained practitioner helps you see which pattern is actually yours, what it gives you, and what it's quietly costing you at work.
Clive Vanderwagen is an accredited iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner (Integrative9) with advanced training in Enneagram team dynamics, and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Assessments and debriefs run online for clients anywhere in the world, and in person in Cape Town and Johannesburg, for individual leaders or for a whole leadership group.
