Who is responsible for your information
This website is run by ReadyPeople (Pty) Ltd, trading as ReadyPeople Training & Coaching Consultancy, Cape Town, South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), ReadyPeople is the responsible party, and Clive Vanderwagen is the Information Officer.

What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and your message about the training, coaching or Enneagram work you're interested in. You choose what to share, and only your name, email and message are required.
When you browse the site: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, roughly which city or country you're in, and which links you click, such as the button to book a call. It uses cookies to do this. Google Analytics doesn't give us your name or email address, and it doesn't store your full IP address.
When you book a discovery call: the booking happens on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Links to Amazon, YouTube and LinkedIn take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
We don't collect special personal information, such as health or religious information, through this site, and the site isn't intended for children.
Why we use it
We use contact form details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to arrange that work. We use analytics information to see which pages are useful and to improve the site. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.
We process contact details because you've chosen to send them to us, and analytics information because we have a legitimate interest in running a website that works well.
Who else handles it
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf. Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions. Google provides Google Analytics. Calendly handles call bookings. These providers store data on servers outside South Africa, including in the United States and Europe. Each has its own data protection commitments, and we only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.
We'll only share your information with anyone else if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than two years if we don't work together. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as required for business, tax and legal purposes. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, which measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without them.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also object to how it's being used. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security
This site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to enquiries is limited to Clive Vanderwagen. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
